Apartments handed over at the Depot, Manchester as tenants move into their new their homes

The first block of apartments has been handed over at The Depot, Rowlinson’s six acre site on the former Stagecoach site in Manchester.

The apartments have been built for Rise Homes, which focuses on developing high-quality rental accommodation that is good value for money across the North West and Midlands.

In total, over 200 new homes will be built on the development, made up of one and two bedroom apartments, three and four bedroom family homes for outright sale and shared ownership, and independent later-living accommodation.
