Small sites category success

Rowlinson has been appointed to a new £20bn procurement framework delivered by Homes England, the government’s housing delivery agency.

The success secures Rowlinson a place on the Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) in the small sites category – for up to and including 70 homes.

David Chilton, managing director, Rowlinson said: “The demand for new, high quality housing continues to outstrip the supply. Being on the DPS framework will offer up more opportunities to be part of the drive to deliver much-needed new homes.”

The aim of the DPS is to make it easier for house-builders of all sizes to access land available through Homes England via an ongoing application process, rather than having to wait four years for the next cycle to start.

The DPS will now be one of the agency’s main routes for land disposal.
