£10m plus contractor category

Rowlinson has been appointed to the £560 million JV North Framework, which aims to deliver around 4,000 high quality, new homes between 2021 and 2025.

The success was secured in the £10 million and over contractor category.

David Chilton, managing director, Rowlinson said: “We’re proud that Rowlinson is part of this collective effort.

“The housing demand is clear but more than that, there is the need to push the boundaries and provide high quality homes with sustainable measures built in whilst understanding the wider community context.”

JV North is a consortium of housing associations and local authorities from across the North West and is one of the biggest developers of new social homes in the UK.

The consortium tendered the four year framework in April.
