Staff changes at Rowlinson

After 23 years with the company, Rowlinson wishes Adrian Simpson a fond farewell in his retirement from his role as Finance Director.

His successor, Matthew Holloway, recently joined Rowlinson as Chief Financial Officer, after working in a number of senior finance roles managing relationships across the public and private sector.

David Chilton, Managing Director of Rowlinson said: “On behalf of the team, I’d like to wish Adrian all the very best for his retirement. We are grateful for his sound advice and support over the years, and for his continued assistance in the run-up to his departure.

“We’re pleased to now formally welcome Matthew to the company. He brings a wide set of skills and is a strong appointment to our management team as we continue our work on a range of developments, delivering new, high quality homes to communities across the North West.”

Rowlinson works as both a developer and construction partner, with a wealth of experience in place-making and regeneration, alongside core development and constructions skills.
