Rowlinson has been successfully appointed to the £500 million JV North Framework, which aims to deliver around 3,000 new homes between 2025 and 2029.
The win was secured in both the £4-£12 million and the £12 million plus, contractor categories.
David Chilton, managing director, Rowlinson said: “The JV North Framework plays a vital role in directly addressing housing targets at a time when the need for high-quality, affordable homes has never been more urgent.
“But it’s about more than numbers — it’s about building a range of homes, with a mix of types and tenures that will deliver real choice, creating places that people will want to call home.
“We’re all very proud that Rowlinson is part of this collective effort.”
The consortium approach makes for a more simplified and speedier process by pre-vetting contractors and consultants.
Framework call-offs will begin from 2 August 2025.
