Additional services designed to make independent living as easy as possible include an on-site bistro, a secure 24 hour emergency alarm system, full wheelchair access plus a host of internal design features such as lever taps, accessible power points, specialist flooring and door entry systems.

The new homes will be managed by housing provider Mosscare St Vincent’s (MSV).

Alongside the extra care living, the Depot scheme further comprises of rental apartments and family houses with a mixture of shared ownership and outright sale options.
