The six hectare site is located on Princess Parkway, just one mile south of the city centre. Planning has been approved for:

72 extra care, for affordable rent; 92 private rented and 40 mixed tenure
54 family homes
30 shared ownership, 24 outright sale

The first blocks of apartments have been handed over and tenants are in place.
Work on the extra care development is progressing well with a view to completion in 2020.
