Breaking ground in Macclesfield

Following site preparation, including complex demolitions, Rowlinson is now progressing work to deliver 67 new homes in Macclesfield, for Peaks & Plains Housing Trust.

There will be a mix of high-quality one, two and three-bedroom apartments featuring contemporary internal and external areas of communal space designed for modern living. A range of tenures will be on offer including Rent to Buy, Shared Ownership and private rent options.

David Chilton, managing director, Rowlinson said, “As a local business we know how eager people are to see progress on this site. Following the preparation and demolition, work is now starting in earnest to deliver the new homes.

“We share Peaks & Plains’ vision for the area and are thrilled to be part of this transformational project, regenerating a former brownfield site.”

The homes are due to be available from late 2021.
