A solutions-focused approach

We are pleased to share that Graham Winterbottom has joined the Rowlinson team as Commercial Director.

Graham’s appointment further strengthens our commercial team. With extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, he brings a well-rounded perspective on the commercial challenges and opportunities within our industry.

In this role, Graham will lead all commercial aspects across the company, working closely with our quantity surveyors, buyers and pre-construction colleagues.

He will focus on strengthening communication, enhancing collaboration, and driving efficiency across our sites.
