We employ many of our workforce directly, making a valuable contribution to the economic sustainability of the communities in which we work. Much of our new business involves people we have worked with before. Clients know that through our expertise they can depend on us to deliver a high quality service and product.

Rowlinson is a privately owned and managed company with the ability to offer flexible and deliverable solutions, rather than off-the-peg responses.

We are experienced in the design, construction and refurbishment of residential, industrial and commercial projects for both public and private sector clients as well as being a developer in our own right.

Supporting people through training

For over 40 years, Rowlinson has annually recruited and trained apprentices in a range of construction roles. It is something we are proud of and continue to support.

Our own team includes people who started out as apprentices with us and have stayed with us and progressed in their careers.
