Delivering 40 new HAPPI homes

The deal agreed on the final phase at Rowlinson’s Depot development in south Manchester is delivering a further 40 high quality, new homes.

Mosscare St Vincent’s (MSV) Housing will be offering the properties as shared ownership for over 55s.

Designed by Buttress Architects, the homes will be built incorporating ‘HAPPI’ design principles, ensuring they are adaptable and accessible with plenty of space and natural light.

The homes are being built by Rowlinson’s construction arm on its five acre Depot development, the former Stagecoach site.
